Is there a way to just open a support ticket without the chat business starting up on my screen everytime? It is in a loop giving me the same answer over and over, but it isn't the full answer. Don't they have regular support people who answer tickets anymore?
In my list of products I have "Kontakt 8 Bundle Crossgrade".
It seems it can be transferred, but would the new owner then have the full version of Kontakt?
That's what I'm hoping for.
Or does that count as just an crossgrade?

There is a way to subvert the chat as answer in the chat window. I figured it out one day but I don't remember the specific bit.
I needed to shut off a second account because K8 was no longer flexible with two [SonicCouture] accounts. It took like a week once I got past chat.

Actually I think I was able to get Kontakt 8 because I had one of the Kontakt Select groups of plugins. Komplete Select sounds like a good candidate though.
