any singer here who’d like to sing on a song inspired by thom yorke’s (radiohead) solo style?

Now, let's explore the creative side of things.
I write a song specifically for a woman to sing. But I'm not a woman and I can't find a woman to sing it. So what do I do? Just scrap it? With AI, I can get a woman to sing it so that at least somebody who might want to do something with it, can hear how it sounds.
Like all these songs of mine that are ALL earning royalties.

And so many more.
Like I said, I'm laughing all the way to the bank.

But it doesn't sound good.wagtunes wrote: Mon Feb 02, 2026 2:40 pm It's the same amount of work as doing the whole song yourself PLUS you have to make sure your original vocal is goof enough so that the AI vocal sounds good.

Says YOU? Who the hell are you? Are you the god of music. Many people love my songs. So YOUR opinion doesn't mean squat.

So what? What's that got to do with anything? You have to pay a professional orchestra if you want a REAL orchestra. So what? Who needs a real orchestra today? Nobody. So this is totally irrelevant.

A potential customer. Or someone who could make your tunes a lot better. I already pointed out the biggest issues of your AI singing. Now it's up to you to either listen or to keep lashing out.

Maybe the solution would be to put effects on the vocals? This AI shit scares me

Effects don't compensate for the lack of performance and sound. You can't turn a pile of shit into a gold nugget no matter how much golden paint you put on it. Nothing can replace real skill and talent.

You're funny. I grew up listening to classical music. But in pop music, you don't need a real orchestra. The sample libraries today do an adequate enough job.

If you listened to classical music you could pay a bit more respect to musicianship and stop faking by hiding the fact you use ai in your productions, I mean it is obvious, but I can't see no info like "my song is an ai production", so people can decide to listen to a track you post or ignore it beforehand.wagtunes wrote: Mon Feb 02, 2026 4:21 pmYou're funny. We really need ai subforums here, ai and ai-free productions just shouldn't be together in one forum.
What did Bach, Mozart, Liszt do in good old days?
They were faced with challenges, they had two prove how good they are, they had to compete with one, two or more pianists in public competitions to prove they deserve to be called musicians.
There is that famous story about JS Bach, when he was invited to the castle in Dresden to compete with the main organist from Versailles in Paris.
That french organist heard a lot about Bach and all people in Versailles admired the french guy, could never see Bach, just heard of him and he thought I am going to show that Bach guy who is the best organist in the world.
Bach arrived one day earlier in Dresden from Leipzig and the next day that French organist arrived and immediately was curious to hear Bach before the competition started. And he indeed could hear Bach improvising on an organ, he listened and had to see and hear how extraordinary good Bach was, 10 levels higher than he could ever be. He was intimidated and immediately drove back to Paris to avoid a "blamage".
Music is talent, it is about learning to play an instrument well, to arrange, compose and write, to respect the art of music, not to turn music into a worthless mass product
Chopin saw it coming already 1848 when was 6 months in London, he hated London. He saw a lot of pianists there playing in Cafes no one really paying attention to it, he knew what would happen to music in future, that it would turn into a worthless mass product and he was right and he was one of the greatest pianists and composers of piano pieces ever
Prince one of the most talented and hardest working artists ever and it doesn't matter whether you like him or not, he made a tour in 2004.
And AI seems to be one more big step of disrespect towards music. The album and tour was called MUSICOLOGY - a huge success. He always said to the audience "This is real music by real musicians".
He saw it coming, too, music turning into a worthless mass product. He wanted young people to learn playing real instruments.
If he was alive today and saw what happens to music today, ai produced music, he would cry all day, HE WOULD CRY ALL DAY LONG.
Do whatever you want, produce music or noise however you want to, but there must be two separate spaces - ai and ai-free, people who consider music human art that needs talent (it is hard work to shape talent!) , lots of excercising, experience, musicianship and soul, these people should have the opportunity to ignore ai productions.

I do NOT do AI productions. I use AI vocals and THAT IS IT.
Everything else I do myself
Lyrics
Music
Arrangement
Instrumental Performance
Mixing
Mastering
So you can take your holier than thou bull shit and shove it where the sun don't shine, EVER.
I couldn't give 2 shits what YOU think.

It you use a Sonible plugin only on one track, it is an ai production, so add the information: one ai plugin Sonible was used.
You didn't read it, cuz you give a f@@@ about musicianship, that's music history and I am sure you never ever heard these facts about one of these greatest true human artists ever .
Bach, Chopin, Prince!
People like you are responsible for the complete downfall of music.
1. Pro Tools
2. The Internet
3. AI and people using ai
Then why don't you add the information to every song you post that you used AI?! .
There are more people than you might think who would like to ignore ai music.
