Dear KVR Forum and members,

It's Oliver Patrice Weder, former composer & sample library creator at Spitfire Audio - I'm new here, so please make me aware if I'm not following protocol.

After a year of music tech hiatus, I’m back with my own adventure, called Smokestack Sounds.
We create interactive, vibe-driven plug-ins with artists where users can twist, manipulate and play with sounds in ways never before explored, check out for example Aurora, where you play the Northern Lights and control the lights within the village to adjust the sound. Or Cloud Guitar, where you move clouds and let the moon shine to change what you hear.

As you can see, it's all very interactive, emotive and quite 'arty' - in a similar vain to my previous libraries (OPW, Pool Project & The Shoe Factory).

Here's our official release trailer:

Anyways, I'd love to hear from all of you, receive feedback, jump on a call etc. of how we can improve and get a foot of the ground - any help is extremely appreciated.

Much love to you all,
Oliver

Hi there,

Yes absolutely - thank you for adding all of this!

I thought I had added all the necessary links, but as you say, there may be restrictions.

I appreciated you jumping in here, thank you!

What sample formats do you intend to support?

Hi there thank you for the kind words all round.

We support usually wav (48/24) files and our instruments are designed for the FULL version of Kontakt 7.1 and above, for the moment.

Best,
Oliver

OK. I'll never be using Kontakt, but as long as the WAV files are available, I can use those. :)
