Are there any plugins generating random EQ deviations across a frequency range? Possibly with settings to determine how wide should the filters be, where the largest deviations occur, and within which range? Do I really have to vibe-code such a plugin? I'm a crap coder.

Hi!UVI Shade might be what you need:

Tokyo Dawn's Slick-EQ M has a neat little trick where you double-click the logo and it introduces subtle stereo panning variations across the frequency bands.

Bascally you want to modulate
Uvi shade is a good candidate

I don't really want to modulate, I just want to introduce slight static shifts across the spectrum. It's a good way to replicate a true speaker response (by layering it over a rough EQ curve approximating a speaker's frequency response).

I don't want to dynamically modulate EQ, introducing moving boosts and cuts that change over time. I want just a plugin that generates a set number of EQ boosts and cuts (within a certain range) at semi-random frequencies (like, say you have specified a two-octave frequency range, and I want 6 semi-random boosts and cuts within ±1.5dB, they should roughly be spaced 1/3oct apart) and semi-random Qs (in this example, they should roughly be around Q=4.1). With some parameter, possibly, to introduce the extent of the randomness and variability.
I asked Gemini to code one such plugin in JSFX and it mostly did, but with a few logic and graphical issues. It's workable, but I wonder if there is one such tool that allows you to do something similar but better.
