can you login in your ableton live account ?

I ask because i have clean my HD and since today i can't login on my ableton account , i don't receive the mail wich contain the password (when you loggin) , anyone else ?

:/ it seems I am the only one , I cant login,I cant authorize and I cant ask support from m'y account....I dont know how i can fix this problem
