Kick drum identification

Hi all,

I was wondering if any of you might know what kick drum this is. I’m guessing it could be a 909 with some layering on top, but I’m not very confident at identifying kicks by ear.

If anyone has an idea of what it might be — or tips on how I could recreate it — I’d really appreciate the help.

It's a simple kick
I made a Vital preset that sound very similar (Note G)
Litte EQ will get you very close

Sounds like a 22” DW Performance Series Birch with an Evans coated head and felt beater to me.

Yeah, clearly a 22” DW Performance Series recorded at Abbey Road through a vintage Neve console
