Multiple midi channel controller DAW setup query...

Sorry for the vague title - I am controlling various Hammond plugins with my Crumar Mojo which transmits MIDI on channels 1 (upper keyboard), 2 (lower keyboard) and 3 (bass pedals).
However in Studio One (Fender Studio) I can only get it to recognize one MIDI channel at a time (this may be a special case with Studio One from what I can tell).
In Mixbus 10 it seems to work perfectly.
In Luna the Mojo controls Waterfall B3 correctly with all three channels but only works with one channel in IK B3, Arturia B3 and VB3-II.
The fact that Waterfall B3 DOES work tells me Luna is able to route three MIDI channels to one track but it doesn't want to with other plugins?
And the fact that everything works in Mixbus tells me my hardware setup is ok..?! I just don't know enough about how MIDI is handled by Windows or the various DAWs to know where to look.
Sorry for the long post but if anyone has any pointers or similar experiences it would be hugely appreciated!
(and yes I could just use Mixbus..!)
(Windows 11, Crumar Mojo over 5 pin DIN MIDI into Behringer UMC404HD)

Thanks for the reply - I've just been trying Input Filter and unless I am missing something it doesn't help with this situation..
All three keyboards are acting like they're on channel 1 - i.e. they are sending notes but they are only playing the upper manual of the plugin.
If I change the "Instrument Channel" to "Midi input 2" they will all play the lower manual.
There doesn't seem to be a way in Studio One to set the Instrument channel to "All"..? (Though I feel like there MUST be?!)

With Arturia's B3, check the MIDI settings on the plugin. It lets you assign midi channels to certain controls. Maybe that will work (in Luna).

Thanks, yes I've tried that too.
In Luna both keyboards (and pedals) of the Mojo only control the upper manual of Arturia B-3 V. (Despite the midi channels set in the plugin)
Same for IK Hammond B-3X and GSi VB3-II.
It works perfectly with Waterfall B3 though... Same keyboard, interface, DAW etc..!
I've matched all the track settings from Waterfall to the other plugins but it seems like Luna, Bespoke Synth and Studio One are accepting the three channels but only sending one channel to the plugins..
(Except for Waterfall B3 in Luna! In Studio One, Waterfall B3 behaves like the others - only responding to one channel at a time..)

Well, as far as sending multiple channels to one track goes, the one solution I can think of is doing something external to the DAWs. A MIDI router plus a MIDI merger. Haven't tried this myself but Loop MIDI plus MIDI-Ox supposedly can do it in Windows for free. Loop Midi creates a virtual port and Midi-Ox merges multiple channels into that port. Don't know if that will solve your issues though. There are others available including for Mac but I don't know if they're free.
Reaper can supposedly handle all 16 channels on one track (just set the track's midi channel selection to All Channels).

Yes I've been playing with midiox and loop midi.. I don't really know what I'm doing though but I guess I need to learn it..!
I'm just confused why SOME DAWs are working with some plugins and not others. They all seem to receive the three MIDI channels, merge them and pass them on to the plugin as one channel.
I wondered if I was missing something really obvious but maybe not..?!
I understand hardware Midi cables but I need to learn more about what the DAWs are doing with the midi data..
Thanks everyone for the suggestions though! I'll keep trying.

The only workaround I have in Studio One is to make three tracks on MIDI channels 1,2 and 3 and put a Hammond plugin on each one and send them to a bus with the Leslie speaker on it..
It DOES work but it's pretty clunky to change settings etc.!

In case anyone's curious! Someone on the Studio One forum pointed me in the right direction.
I created 3 instrument tracks on MIDI channels 1, 2 and 3 with no Instruments on them and routed them to a fourth instrument track with the Hammond plugin on it. So it's solved for Studio One (if still a bit convoluted).
Still haven't worked out how to do this in Luna but I'll keep trying!
