I guess it's one I will need to try myself- I can't hear what's going on in that demo!
I wonder if it will find its way in to Current?

And again complete bundle option for people who owns everything made by them is pricier then 29 euros of the intro price. Incredible.

I really thought Minimal Audio was heading toward more unconventional effects processors. So seeing a flanger feels a bit underwhelming.
Its over for Bitwig--CUBASE WON !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This isn't just a flanger it's a scale aware polyphonic flanger.enCiphered wrote: Wed Feb 18, 2026 11:15 am I really thought Minimal Audio was heading toward more unconventional effects processors. So seeing a flanger feels a bit underwhelming.
ie. It takes the incoming signal and spreads out harmonics of that signal based on the chosen scale and key. You can have different voicings within that key like extended chords or inversions. You can offset the pitch of the generated harmonics by two octaves either side of the default pitch.
You can control the spread width (How much the voices deviate from the chosen key within the chosen scale), amount of voices, you can lock the harmonic generation rate to a musical grid to get arpeggiator type effects. There stereo offset, three flanger flavours and damping.
The main LFO has multiple shapes, randomization with a switchable stereo option and a separate stereo offset control
It's pretty awesome.

I loves me some Minimal Audio. Pretty much the only company that I'll say "Insta Buy" on release day.
Yeah, I insta-bought it. No need to demo, freeballin'.

Can't you just buy it at the intro price? Are you locked into the bundle?UltimiGiorniRecords wrote: Wed Feb 18, 2026 10:54 am And again complete bundle option for people who owns everything made by them is pricier then 29 euros of the intro price. Incredible.
Surely there must be consensus by now...

Quick impressions - pretty cool. The addition of the key snapping is pretty useful. Took an atonal drone, added some modulation, and then snapped it to key. I can definitely see some utility is using this to not only add flanging but also pull sounds towards a song's key.
Maybe not a critical thing to have, more of an edge piece like their Wave Shifter, but definitely more useful than your run of the mill flanger.

Yeah, not a fan of this kind of promo vid. I'm sure all the usual suspects on Youtube will be dropping demo vids later today.solvni_music wrote: Wed Feb 18, 2026 12:14 pm I d really like to ear it because I cant hear it on their video...

cdmtv has some more useful videos:
I've found myself using Wave Shifter a surprising amount, usually keeping it pretty subtle.billinder33 wrote: Wed Feb 18, 2026 12:13 pm more of an edge piece like their Wave Shifter, but definitely more useful than your run of the mill flanger.

It's pretty similar but Polyflanger has more options.

Does this have a midi-in to allow you to specify what notes it's quantised to ? (please say it does !)
