How to recreating this Moog sound in a ModX?

By using a Yamaha ModX, I need to recreate the Moog sound in the solo you can hear in this video from 1:38, and also at the end


possibily with all the articulations / modulation.

Problem is I know nothing about the Moog, and also very little of the ModX (it is not mine, i have to program it for the keyboardist).

Could someone help me, or put me in the right direction?
Even a patch for some free VST is useful, as then I can "port" the concept in the ModX.

Use any synth at all

Use a pulse wave (a square and play with the pulse width until it sounds/feels the same
the is a low-pass filter on it because you can hear it's not a very bright sound.
The make it mono and use some glide.
