Sounds very interesting from the video. Just downloaded the demo.
Please allow a method for increasing the font size. It doesn't seem to resize along with the GUI.
Is it possible to turn off the background texture animation?

Is it possible to have snappsynap1 control snappsynap2 and 3 AND have snappsynap4 control 5 and 6, and 7 to 8, 9, 10 etc etcinkie wrote: Sun Feb 08, 2026 12:26 pm
But in terms of multiple plugins, there is a Link-Lead mode, i demonstrated it in the video.
Load snappysnap1 with 'reverb'>enable Link and Lead.
Load snappysnap2 with 'distortion'>enable Link only.
After that Everything you do on snappysnap1 will be replicated on snappysnap2. So you can add then snappysnap3 with Link enabled, and you will have one master snappysnap controlling other two. Just be careful, morphing 3 plugins with 500+ parameters can hit your CPU hard.

Does it also host AUv3?

Works great with the new TBT FutureMB. ( sort of a multiband Comp, dynaEQ, resoPeaks treatment, crossover)
So far only tested with the free LE version.
As i said: the small version should get some more love, then ask some money for it.
2 snap points is perfect for alots of things
edit: i have no AU3s. Can´t check for that.
And the Dev seems nolonger that enthusiastic after i came up with some critics

The one AUv3 instrument I own (Cong Burn Strokes) doesn't load, but that one is troublesome even with my hosts that can load my other AUv3's (they're all MIDI FX and don't load into Snappy Snap).

To be fair, you came off as pretty demanding for a single use case. "Make a light version", "implement this", "do this", "make it like so".Funky40 wrote: Wed Feb 11, 2026 3:53 am

It might be a language barrier, it might also be that your use case is too unique to fulfill all of your wishes, at least short-term.
Also, it might just be, that the Snappy Snap got big quickly and a lot of support requests came in and a lot of feature suggestions, and hanging out in a snarky plugin forum just isn't much of a priority at this point.
I'm loving Snappy Snap, as rough as it is around the edges!

think most likely the dev is working through a lot of bugs first as it's vibecodedjules99 wrote: Wed Feb 11, 2026 7:47 amTo be fair, you came off as pretty demanding for a single use case. "Make a light version", "implement this", "do this", "make it like so".Funky40 wrote: Wed Feb 11, 2026 3:53 am

When I saw a video about this, I was pretty excited! Great idea! I've been using the trial a bit though and it seems it isn't quite ready for release. Even with fairly simple changes between two snaps, with just a few parameters changed, it frequently just cuts out while I am holding a note and I have to hit the note again. This has happened with two out of two synths I've tried so far (Serum 2 and Repro-1). I really hope the issues get solved!

It's actually a very difficult thing to get this sort of seamless morphing between multiple snapshots - in my experience it is only really NI Kore 2 that ever really managed to pull this off in a musically useful way and that was amazingly very stable and fluid. Even Newsonicarts Freestyle had to abandon its attempts at this (hopefully not forever).

Yeah the concept is really cool but the plug-in is not trustworthy right now... Hope it's gonna be better soon
