So I have a midi section, which goes couple of cycles and after that I wanna make it transpose 2 semitones. Issue is that couple of the first notes are out of tune. I have googled this and tried offered solutions, but those few notes are always out of tune. When that transposed section goes to next cycle everything is fine. No bitch bend data.

Any ideas?

To troubleshoot, the first thing I would do is make a new track with a different instrument plugin, redraw the midi notes manually, and see if the problem still exists. If it sounds fine, then it means either 1) there is some shadow midi data causing it, or 2) something in the instrument causing it (like glide/legato, or maybe even poor coding).

One other thing to try is a different audio driver (like the Steinberg ASIO) instead of the one you normally use.

Just a couple of thoughts- hope they're helpful!

What method did you use to transpose the data?

Hard to say what's happening without hearing it.
It could be the notes are at odds harmonically, not really fit for transposing.

Sometimes using the Part transpose in the
Info menu bar can glitch start notes at a loop repeat point. It would be useful to know how the OP transposed the data.
