These plugins are just fancy containers for a collection of IRs + an IR loader + some light processing. (Even then, 1GB seems a bit too much).

Incorrect. The main rooms aren't just static IRs. The variable dampening is modeled. The console signal paths available are modeled.ampetrosillo wrote: Mon Mar 02, 2026 10:11 am These plugins are just fancy containers for a collection of IRs + an IR loader + some light processing. Can you buy it with Gear Credits?Peter - IK Multimedia wrote: Sat Feb 28, 2026 2:47 amIt is not part of T-RackS. Which means it also doesn't install the rest of T-RackS, just itself.jamcat wrote: Fri Feb 27, 2026 11:26 pm Peter, I'm not seeing Sunset Sound Studio Reverb II in the Custom Shop.
I only see the original Sunset Sound Studio Reverb.
So it would appear that Sunset Sound Studio Reverb II does NOT work with T-RackS.
THIS MUSIC HAS BEEN MIXED TO BE PLAYED LOUD SO TURN IT UP

That's not light processing at all. Not every product is for everybody but trivializing something and then not admitting that was not correct is an interesting way to show it.

Hey Peter. Are you responsible for the deletion of my post where I mentioned the 99$ UAD promo?Peter - IK Multimedia wrote: Mon Mar 02, 2026 11:46 amYou cannot.jamcat wrote: Mon Mar 02, 2026 10:55 amCan you buy it with Gear Credits?Peter - IK Multimedia wrote: Sat Feb 28, 2026 2:47 amIt is not part of T-RackS. I like the volumetric approach it brings. A slight adjustment in the space the instrument is occupying can help make the difference and add real dimension when instruments are assigned different positions across the mix. The modelled signal path is nice touch, but that concept was also present in the first version I believe.
It can't have been easy getting everything working smoothy and harmoniously. Definitely an improvement on the first. Looking forward to snatching this one up and putting it to the grindstone.
