Finally got around to finishing this video with Bella for our song "Waiting For You". We actually finished the recording over a year ago, but it took some time to get through the video process. The video was shot at some nearby locations in northern California, including the ruins of an old general store, and in our home photo studio. Shot with a couple of Nikon Z6s and a DJI Air 3 drone, edited in Davinci Resolve. Bella is a Norwegian-American model and singer that I've shot with professionally for years and have recorded a few songs with. We currently have three new songs/videos in various stages of production.

Just finished my latest collab with Bella. I actually completed the music for this song a few years ago and sent it to a few different singers, but they all flaked and Bella was the only singer who came up with lyrics for it. This one was recorded in a nearby parking garage/elevator using a single Nikon Z6 (N-Log). I shot everything handheld using just a cage with grips to give the footage a shaky handheld effect, then I went a little nuts with effects and overlays in Davinci Resolve 20.

As my idea was not that complex, I kept using Reaper to do it.
I now made a simple template to place border around the video, so it fits the same layout I use for all my IG content.
I found an older video I remade with Reaper, it's easy as I can use my original recorded tracks, can modify amp FX and add drums or other instruments right away.

I got a nice bonus at work and took advantage of the holiday sale on a Nikon Z6iii. I was debating between this and a Zr, since I mostly wanted it for video, but the sale made the decision pretty easy and, ultimately, this is the more flexible option for both videos and stills.
