Have anybody dialed with the Overloud support. I did. It s the third time i write them that the THU Made In Rock Rods Mk IIb i bought doesn t work and i have no answer.
I can compare with a lot of plugins supports companies (The best i know is Waves) and it never happened to me. Shame on them.

There's a thread here where some have posted that their customer support is terrible or non-existent.

Yes, TH-U is a great product, but their support feels like a black hole. I have sent two support requests a few months ago. Only received confirmations that they received my requests. Never heard from them anymore...

Since "RoDS MKii b" is TH-U's latest addition, did you update the TH-U software package to the latest version? If you run an older version it won't work.
