A company called Streamload is offering consumers a free 10 gigabyte online storage locker for multimedia files, potentially raising the stakes for larger companies such as Yahoo and America Online.

When you want to download more than 100Mb per month you'll have to pay. So this 10Gb of free diskspace, once it is full of data, will take you at least one hundred months to download!

Of course their hope is to get you interested in something non-free without that 100Mb limit. Taken that into account it is a nice and free way to get introduced into online storaging.

Might be useful somehow for guys that have webpages,,,instead of paying higher rates to your server for more space
