GammaWave v1.0.4 is out with many fixes and improvements based on your feedback. Thanks to everyone who contributed.

Changes include: Mac activation and stability fixes, Apple Silicon NEON, Linux AVX2 parity, UI overhaul, CPU meter + Panic button, preset metadata safety, and Arpeggiator fixes.

Quick heads-up: v1.0.4 introduced two issues — the Waves and Noise controls were mapped to nothing, and there were audio glitches on Windows. If you grabbed 1.0.4, please re-download it; the fixed build is up.

Hey everyone,

I just released GammaWave v1.0.6 with quite a few improvements and fixes.

Small update on pricing:
I’ve lowered the minimum price back to $1. The full unlimited version is now much more accessible, and the personal Patron License file unlocks at $1+.

I’m still very interested in feedback — if you’ve tried GammaWave, please let me know what you think, what could be improved, or any bugs you’ve found.

Also, if anyone would be interested in collaborating on presets, sound design, or demo tracks, feel free to reach out! I’d love to work with other producers or sound designers.

Yes, there is! I have added dedicated Key Tracking in the 1.0.6 release:

- KTrack Knob: Look for the far-right knob in the Filter section. This controls how much the cutoff follows the MIDI note pitch (it’s bipolar, so it can go positive or negative).
- Root Note Spinner: The small note selector directly below the KTrack knob sets the "pivot point" (the note where no offset is applied).
- Advanced Tracking: If you need to track something else (like Distortion or Grain Rate), you can also use "Key Track" or "Note" as a source in the Mod Matrix to modulate almost any parameter in the synth!

Wow, that's awesome. I was still using a previous version, just downloaded 1.0.6. Really nice synth, I had forgotten about the grain function as well ( been messing with the formant filter).

GammaWave v1.0.8 is out — and it's a big one.

- Microtonal tuning: MTS-ESP, Scala .scl/.kbm import, 28 factory scales, MPE, and a configurable pitch-bend range
- GammaWaveFX — the effect-plugin version of the engine — is now FREE (public beta), in its own download, with an 85-preset FX library
