[SOLVED] Reason Rack Plugin VST3 not showing up in Ableton Live on MAC

Hi,
I have a very strange problem with the RRP (Reason Rack Plugin 13.3, 13.4, 13.5) in Ableton Live 12.2, 12.3 and 12.4beta on my Mac (Mac Mini M4 Pro, 24 GB, macOS Sonoma, latest version).
The RRP simply doesn't show up as a VST3 plugin in Live. The Live plugin scanner log reports a broken resource inside the RRP VST3 bundle and marks it as "not a VST3 plugin", so Live ignores it entirely.
Other DAWs (Reaper, Studio One, Luna and Bitwig) load the RRP VST3 without any issues.
The AU version runs fine in Live, but since AU plugins don't support MIDI output, that's not a viable workaround for my use case.
I've already reinstalled Reason (including Companion) more than 10 times (Ableton Live too, but not these many times), including thorough cleanup of all leftover files and preferences each time — no luck so far.
Has anyone else run into this issue? Any ideas or solutions would be greatly appreciated — it's driving me nuts
