Appreciation of a hidden gem! AS-State EQ by Nomad Factory! Superb!

Every once in a while searching thru many new, shiny plugins, demoing new 'emulations' in the market, you realize that there was a hidden gem in your arsenal!

Happened to me just now! I was looking for a good vintage / emution EQ which would impart my mixes that saturation grit and make them less digital sounding.

Just realized I had the whole Analog Studio collection by Nomad Factory!

Wow! the AS-State EQ in it is just Amazing!!! It's one of those plugins with which you can't go wrong! It quickly fills up the mix with a lovable saturated tone.

It's basically a SSL clone with E & G options. I like G's tone better.

While 'A/B'ing my mixes to professional ones, I wasn't getting that tone no matter what I was throwing at it, but as soon as I insterted AS-State EQ on my Master bus, Walla!!! It helped me achieve a very closer tone to my refs!

All other plugins in that suite are also superb sounding! Highly recommended!
Just try it! It's GUI is very small but it works superbly!

I request Nomad Factory to update this line of plugins too! As they have very efficiently done with their other plugins!

I am excited by the fact that these hidden gems would be updated one day!!!

BlueVerb should be next. DSP is done and we’re currently finishing the new GUI.

After that, Bus Driver is likely next, possibly alongside a Bus Driver Pro version that’s already in the works. Then probably the Analog Signature Pack (our Fairchild-style compressors).

Doesn't look like it's possible to purchase the Analog Studio Rack at this time. It seems like Nomad Factory has pulled all the old plugins until they're updated.

Wow! That's exciting to know! Some of these plugins are absolute hidden gems!!
It's also so nice of them toniffer these updates for free to exisiting owners!! That's what called being generous and loyal to customers!

Yes it's awesome that Plugivery has kept the NF plugins alive and updated them in both appearance and in specs.

I own an NFR license for the Analog Rack but will purchase a new license when it is updated.

Keep in mind no timeline was given and progress has been slow but steady so all we can do is be patient and grateful when they are released.

Absolutely! In this age of milking every last penny out off the customers, Nomad Factory just keeps on giving!! Great tribute to it's late, respected owner / developer!

The plugins are wonderful at this stage too (without updates i.e.).

For example their most basic E-Compressor is one of the hidden gems! Quick to dial in and quick to get the results!

As you said, we have to be patient and grateful!
