I let google find some predictions of future, then wrote sketch lyrics and asked chatgpt to rhyme and rhythm it, just a little bit [AI].
The vocal sounds early Leonard Cohen, doesn't it [AI].
Midi guitar, mouse work, roughness is deliberate.

I don't record any instruments live, I construct my music.

https://soundcloud.com/shrikantprabhu/2 ... 0470a7d766 Known and the unknown have a sweet play of hide and seek in life. My synth unexpectedly gave this phrase "chupa chupi" which means (in one of our languages in India) "hide and seek". I liked it and used it in the track. Titled it Chupa Chupi. Hope you like it. Thanks.

Phew! We're back again
Well, I've finally managed to get some new music done - rather reflects the state the world is in right now.

It wasn't me! (well, actually, it probably was) - apparently no longer an 'elderly', now a 'senior'! Is that promotion?

Finally got something done and was trying to post it for St Patrick's Day but KVR was broken at the time.
Glad to see things are back and running once again.
Well done!
Anyway. This was a song I did about 12 years ago but I dug it out of the bunker and gave all the parts a refresh with newer processing treatments.
This was composed to lyrics, based on some ancient Irish/Celtic greetings, from Joel Sattler (USA).
Everything else from me.
Acoustic guitar, Irish bouzouki, penny whistle and bodhran.
Treated with Izotope Nectar and Neutron, OldSkoolVerb and MasterDesk in Reaper.

It's a short mournful piece titled: "Requiem For Schoolgirls (and Other Innocents)", done in Reaper on the piano roll using 3 Yoshimi instruments I designed and a few Reaper effects.
AI had a tiny influence on the rhythmic pattern at the beginning, which I changed a lot - different key, notes & instrument - it just provided a bit of inspiration.
