Our long international nightmare is over. Finally, the "where's a good BF2 emulation" questions can stop!

In all seriousness, I'm happy to see it. And it sounds great.

But the fonts for the trimmers are very hard to read.

And the Online Manual link in the plugin menu goes to the Space Station clone.

Those are now replaced with "bring the old Cry Boy wah GUI back" wretchedness :D

I'd have expected at least a healthy number of hoorays and huzzahs from you though. :D

Sick!

Post

this sounds rather brilliant. I rarely use the word "masterpiece", but this could very well be the crown jewel in Audiority catalog.

Any hope for a Small Clone and a Small Stone in the future? With those two, I'd think the classic guitar Chorus, Flanger, Phaser collection would be complete from my perspective (Boss, MXR, EH). Would make for a helluva bundle!

Post

To what hell my comment went? I just called this plugin brilliant, a masterpiece and the crown jewel among Audiority offerings. Doh, KVR filters, you so easily triggered (false-starting much).

I'd love Small Clone, yet I'd go for the whole shebang Stereo Polychorus instead, preferably an 80's model. You get that brilliant "drunk", drifting chorus, but also a very brilliant flanger setting.

A good envelope filter pedal plug could come in handy as well. OG Mu-Tron III carries probably too hefty of a tag these days, but EHX Q-Tron, that old silver box from the 90's, may be doable.

Well, they did it hah. Finally got around to checking it out just now. Pulled a clean guitar track from an old Logic project and loaded it into Wavelab. Chief Flanger->Heavy Metal Pedal MK II->UAD Lion, sounds almost like me. Would've likely nailed it if it were a JCM800 instead of a SuperLead..

Post

About that Small Stone, which one ppl would vote for? EHX V2 from late 70's? early 80's V3 without LED? 90's Sovtek?

All three? :P

Post

I'd vote to stick with Chief and do the PH-2 instead.
