Roland GAIA 2 patches, where to get it?

Hello everybody! I bought a new GAIA 2, but I did not find any patches for it in the free access. Many tips boil down to the fact that you need to install a Roland Cloud Manager on your computer, but it doesn't work in Russia.
Is everything so bad with the GAIA 2 patches that no one will share them?
