0 of 0 activations issue

Hi,
Just wondering if anybody has had a problem where they register a product successfully but the activations listed on the My Products page in Arturia.com show zero of zero activations. Specifically, talking about the Mix Drums plug-in. All my other plugins are working fine but since I registered this one a couple days ago, I can't get any activations. I'm assuming it's a licensing issue going on over on the Arturia side. I submitted a ticket but have not heard back for 2 days now. I'm thinking they're slammed with the current promotion. Anybody else having the same issue?
