I'm just wondering about if anyone ever actually uses the XY thingie Live has on every plugin.
The black box on every plugin instance that (at least on my side) never ever gets used to do anything.

Yep. Just once every leap year because it is there....
If assignment was saved per plugin it would be at least a little bit useful

I use it mostly with cutoff & resonance, because you can control both at the same time with a mouse and they are still independent from each other.

Macros only go from one value to another.

What I don't understand is why you can click the "arrow down" to configure your default controls you want to have access immediatelly... and just from those controls you can assign a X or Y... you can assign them but after "saving as default configuration"from the right click context menu they don't get saved.
On a global basis, they are useless
