How long does it take you to make lyrics fit a finished melody in Synthesizer V?

Quick question for Synthesizer V users:

How long does it usually take you to get lyrics to really sit naturally on a finished melody?

I often end up in this loop:
adjust syllables → tweak timing → change notes → repeat...

Even when everything technically fits, it can still sound slightly off.

Curious if that’s just me or if others run into the same thing.
