Anyway, the folder bus is definitely worth it alone.
Oh and there is also a Wavelab Go edition!

Yes I think I did the 50% (or 40%) discount from Cubase 13 to 14, but I believe this is (the 30%) the first discount for Cubase 15 upgrade.Alexander_D wrote: Fri Apr 03, 2026 5:46 am

The -50% was due to Cubase - or Steinberg? - anniversary and I doubt they'll repeat it soon.EnGee wrote: Fri Apr 03, 2026 6:19 amYes I think I did the 50% (or 40%) discount from Cubase 13 to 14, but I believe this is (the 30%) the first discount for Cubase 15 upgrade.Alexander_D wrote: Fri Apr 03, 2026 5:46 am

The best deal right now is the cross-grade offer - if you have qualifying DAW, the Pro 15 costs like ~250USD/EUR: https://www.steinberg.net/promotion/ (https://www.steinberg.net/promotion/)

I thought they added a volume slider in the instrument track (arrangement)! It seems only for Drums track and audio? Come on Steinberg!

It's on instrument tracks too. If it's not showing, check "Track Controls Settings..." in the right click menu.EnGee wrote: Fri Apr 03, 2026 11:23 pm I thought they added a volume slider in the instrument track (arrangement)! It seems only for Drums track and audio? Come on Steinberg!

Yes, it’s about the same I paid ($109 NZD). It’s still much cheaper than the annual updates of Studio Pro and Bitwig. I think I will stay with Cubase as my main DAWAlexander_D wrote: Sat Apr 04, 2026 7:33 amI am on Cubase Pro 14 right now. Did they add ability to load/save drum machine patterns in C15? I haven't been doing any music for a while, so I diddled around and wasted fkn hours trying to load pattern presets (which I know are in there) until I discovered you can't actually save/load at all in C14. That's a pretty obvious huge eejit moment by Steinberg IMO
.
I'll probably not upgrade until C16, though must admit the melodic pattern thingy is the one that could make me do it earlier. Can you save/load melodic patterns?

Yes, you can. There is a preset manager you can save and load your patterns.
