It would solve so many problems!
Ah once upon a time! My old Waves 5 license is still sitting in my iLok account.
That's real vintage!
What a sound...

There a lot of of cases where Waves just gives better and FASTER results than other devs.
RBass is the best example.
API 2500 still my fav comp on drums.
RComp one of the best Opto and 1176 comps.
All their reverbs are special.
Their Kramer stuff is splendid.
L1-3 limiter - legendary and now L4.
Plus reaonable prices and mostly low on cpu,
I wish Waves would have iLok again,
that's the only downside.
With iLok you can have the plugins on a dongle and use them outside your studio environment.
The best plugins are iLok, some exceptions, of course.

Ahh, track spacer is the other. I mean resolve is really fuc#ing good, I will check out TS

So trackspacer has not been updated since 2023 and resolve seems more "advanced" All I know is I side-chain my bass to the resolve on the break track and it makes the break pop out of the mix, its really crazy. Obviously my EQ skills suck which is why this probably makes such a big difference.
Yeah, I think it's kind of a Soothe cross Gulfoss cross EQ, as you can just click the curve to add up to 8 or 10 eq bands. It was very well thought out and is a bit more transparent.

It might be the users overcooking it a little, but I always hear a very subtle noisy fuzz like texture with the other too. You can hear it all over modern music too. No doubt because of heavy use of these processors. Not that they are bad, I suspect it's the result of over use more than anything else.
