Great, will forward it to someone I know who owns a Deluge (I don't).Geekraver wrote: Wed Apr 01, 2026 4:31 am I have a provisional update to support Synthstrom Deluge. Would love some more testing before seeing if Jurgen will take the changes.
It's at https://github.com/gramster/ConvertWith ... ee/deluge2 (my fork, deluge2 branch). Would be great to have a few more people trying it out before I try get Jurgen to take a PR. So far I have tested it with an MPC keygroup to Deluge, and Deluge to Bento, and both worked.
Youl will need to build the jar and run it (on Mac, that means "make all; java -jar target/lib/convertwithmoss-16.5.0.jar". You'll need JDK and Maven installed.

Hey there. I'm looking for forums or a community that converts sample libraries from other formats to Decent Sampler and shares with said community. Does any such thing exist?

Hopefully it's ok to ask a technical question about samples here as I'm guessing if you are converting formats then this is something people here might know.
Specifically I'm creating SF2 multisamples from home made Bitwig multisamples. These SF2 files will be then loaded into a Synclavier Regen.
The Regen documentation talks about the way it plays back and interpolates samples which is perhaps a little different from the way some of the Software samplers playback.
My question is, does the SF2 format dictate the playback and interpolation behaviour?

ok thanks. I'm not technical but it seems it has it's own interpolation method built into the SF2 format.

I'm pretty sure the sample player alone, Synclavier Regen in your case, is responsible for interpolation method.ChamomileShark wrote: Sat Apr 04, 2026 4:32 pm ok thanks. I'm not technical but it seems it has it's own interpolation method built into the SF2 format.

Hi moss, Did you see my question about converting SF2 files and how they always output stereo? Is there no way to just export as mono?moss wrote: Sat Apr 04, 2026 3:53 pm

Any chance of a direct-to-Bitwig Sampler conversion? I find creating basic Sampler presets from Multisamples to be very repetitive, time-consuming, and mind-numbing. A conversion directly to Sampler presets would be a huge time-saver.
Thanks for your consideration!

It's on the long list but I do not have a Elektron device and not sure if this will ever happen.noizmarine wrote: Sun Apr 05, 2026 1:16 am Any plans/possibility for the inclusion of Elektron's .eldrum/.elmulti format?

Didn't have time yet to look into it but just did and it seems to be correct. Are you sure you are really dealing with pure mono samples? It could also be that they hard-panned left/right.z23a wrote: Sun Apr 05, 2026 4:46 pm Hi moss, Did you see my question about converting SF2 files and how they always output stereo? If you are sure that you have a source with pure mono-samples please send me an example for testing.

Highly unlikely. It is an undocumented format and up to my knowledge they store the object state of the sampler which is nearly impossible to recreate from a different software.bigbot wrote: Mon Apr 06, 2026 5:03 pm Any chance of a direct-to-Bitwig Sampler conversion?
