Yes yes, I know that there are many more synths for which not all are emulations available yet (I have VV4 myself). I was strictly refering to CZ and MiniMoog because for these we have multiple emulations.
Maybe it's just different preference then!
I got VV only for the things not emulated yet.
If you guys like to use it complementary to emulations that's of course fine as well.
Btw. I didn't know that VirtualCZ is no longer developed. However, it's VST3 so I guess it will be usable for at least the next 10 years on Windows. Mac is a different story of course with all the breaking changes there.

The new Casio Legacy product is actually a really good example of what makes Vintage Vault special. UVI worked with Casio to make it and has many instruments that have never been implemented before

Casio made some really cool and unique Synths and samplers back in the day it's nice to see them get some love.

My first real synth was a Casio CZ1000. My Dad bought it for me when I was in highschool. As far as CZ plugins go the Arturia CZ V is really good

I have VV 4 and the Waveframe instrument as well as Falcon. My offer is $129 for the other six instruments. I was previously tempted to get the Kawai collection but I read comments from Kawai owners that it doesn't really sound like their instruments due to all of the upgrades and extra features this instrument has. Plus, I already have two Casio CZ instruments--Virtual CZ and CZ-V. Same with the Odyssey and MS-20 instruments. Not tempted to upgrade at this point.

Having said that, I do like the stuff I own from UVI, especially the Jupiter, E-mu, Chroma, PPG, and Oberheim instruments.

Yeah, Casio was really creative doing lots of unique stuff. But I think the new Casio Legacy Collection is not that super exciting as it could be. While the HZ offers the SD synthesis and could be of interest for sure, the others are PD synthesis again or just samplers/romplers. So nothing ground breaking new.
It would be more exciting to have more unconvential stuff from Casio like the MT-70.

My first synth was the CZ101. I think it was the same as the 1000 (?) except it was much smaller and had the mini keys.
