Another test equipment clone... a portable Brüel & Kjaer 1613 bandpass filter.

About now they could bring out the modular HainDaw with everything going through an emulation of his mixer and feedback looping etc

Not being able to tune the individual bandpass frequencies is a bit too limiting for me. I use parallel bandpass quite often using apQualizr2 but for more a vintage sound Smugi from Felt Instruments is good as well (which like Octaves has set centre frequencies )

I thought at first, I can just do this with other filter/EQ plugins I have. But in a side by side comparison, Octaves does sound pretty sweet.
I wound up making this my first effect plugin purchase of the year, when I'm planning to keep them limited to three.
I do kind of wish there was an option for a bit more straightforward of a UI, all on one page and sliders for the filterbank mode, but there are also the device controls in Bitwig and that'll do.

Fun concept but would have been more useful if you could offset the octave frequency/pitch and even better - modulate the offset.
Also the input and output gain is needed in the second view as well as the resonance and level controls obviously changes the output level.
With the current GUI it's a lot easier to use the plugin with Live's plugin controls.
Oh also the first band says 315 hz instead of 31.5 hz.
