Created on an iPad Pro running Cubasis as my DAW. It’s built around an audio loop of a live acoustic guitar and a short vocal sample. I’m not sure what genre this falls within. Any suggestions are welcome. Have a nice weekend!

It's a pretty addictive and memorable combo, whatever genre it is. I could see it as part of a larger rock anthem type album, where this piece is the 'unplugged' song.

Thank you! That’s a great visual. I can imagine a couple guys playing acoustic guitars on a tall cliff overlooking the ocean, with a few shadowy characters lurking in the background. Have a nice weekend.thenumber23 wrote: Sat Apr 18, 2026 7:42 am It's a pretty addictive and memorable combo, whatever genre it is. Nice one Paul, it reminds me of tracks like Wonderwall by Oasis.Paulieworld wrote: Sat Apr 11, 2026 1:20 pm Created on an iPad Pro running Cubasis as my DAW. Another nice one! Good work!
I have no idea what genre it is either, but I don't care about genres if I like the music.

Nice track. To me, this sounds like a blend of Acoustic Folk or Indie Rock, especially with that live guitars. The vocal sample gives it a modern touch. Good job on the iPad/Cubasis production.

Thank you. I would have done my own acoustic loop, but my guitar sounds like crap, and I don't have a mic attached. Have a great day!cre523 wrote: Sun Apr 19, 2026 4:50 pm Nice track.
