Hi,

New here and yes first time posting. Triaz VST has to be one of my favorite drum plugins so far besides groove agent. But I have to say, their support sucks.I have an issue where whenever I go offline and then open a new DAW session w/ TRIAZ, it always tells me that the plugin isn't activated. So basically I can't use the plugin offline. Very frustrating, and I wrote to their support (it's been 2 weeks now, no reply) :(

Let them know it on their socials. Unfortunately, that has become the best way to get support from some companies.

I also disconnected from the network and started it up, and there were no problems.
My system is Windows 11 / Cubase 15 Pro / Triaz VST3 ver. 1.2.0.
I'd like to know the cause.

Well, I have a ticket that is now (checks email) 16 moths old, and I'm still waiting for them to get back to me.

I haven't had to contact their support yet but hearing people's experiences like this is a bummer and makes me seriously hesitate wanting to buy anything else from them. If you run into an issue and get no support at all from the dev you're basically screwed.

There are similar experiences in various threads on KVR regarding WA support but I can honestly say that every time I have contacted WA (from memory maybe on five separate occasions), they have answered my query/resolved the issue pretty quickly. I think I contact them through their online form on their website, its been a while since I have needed to though.

I too have had excellent support from Dan at Wave Alchemy. So much so that I practically own EVERY product and sound library that they make (no - I don't work for them, nor am I a paid shill). Sorry to hear from those that haven't had the same experience. I'm looking forward to any new Triaz libraries that come out, as I'm a library junkie.

Did the recent updates fix your issues?

I've also had great support from WA when needed.
