I thought you could import samples into the vsti and hardware versions? I know you can do it in the Microfreak.

MIcroFreak, yes. MiniFreak you can't. The last version came with some built in wavetables but no option to import your own samples or wavetables.

There's an unofficial way to use your own samples in the MiniFreak:
Bring your own samples to the MiniFreak

Limited to 3secs max. A post on the Arturia forums says it breaks patches that use factory samples. I tried importing my own samples last year and don't remember it breaking anything but obviously proceed at your own risk.

Also I can't make CC1 do anything. Even mapping it manually to the Morph control in the standalone settings doesn't work.

Have contacted support.
I had the same problem. I was missing a few files too. Same error message. I then downloaded Augmented Persia from the Arturia website (under “Resources”) as a ZIP file and installed it. After that, all the files were there.
I had the same issue installing from Arturia Software Center on Windows, and your post saved the day. Thanks!

You're welcome. Personally, I really like the presets from Augmented Persia.

I have to agree that (at least to my ear) all of the Augmented Series feel like expansion packs that you can't combine. They also have a very soft sound that I usually wish I could push to slightly more meaty. I have yet to use them in an actual project of any kind, though I occasionally pull one out and play with it for a day or two, particularly trying to do something interesting with my Seaboard. Still, as Yangtze is my favorite so far, I was very tempted by Persia.
I would have bitten at $29, but my price was $49 so I passed Owning Augmented Series 6 and V Collection 9 wasn't enough, apparently.

I had a play with Augmented Persia yesterday. The pad sounds are amazing. Really rich with evolving modulations. Not necessarily ‘authentic’ to real Persian instruments but highly atmospheric soundscapes. A bit like being in the Dune movie, haha. I’ve not been overly impressed with the Augmented series so far, but Persia strikes me as one of the best.

Yes I find all the Augmented instruments sounding rather good. My only complaint is that the cpu usage always seems high for what it does (sample + synth engine). I’m not sure if it’s something about how Arturia coded the whole thing that still needs further optimization.

Have you enabled multicore?

The sound designers involved in this series have been doing an amazing job in my opinion.
