No, can not confirm. (Win10, Reaper) Has it worked for you in previous versions? For me it works as offset to the filter position. Meaning, if the filter is already open, the envelope can't open it any further.
(LFO2 is another story, I can't figure out how that works....)

Thanks for answering. Yes, it worked before. I made a screen recording and posted it on the TUS Discord channel. Maybe it is something simple and I'm too stupid, we will see.

Yep, it was more or less my fault. I made an init patch from this template. Simply selecting another preset didn't worked, something was messed up. I had to remove the entire plugin instance and insert a new one.
