I thought we had caught all places where this happened. Seems like we need to have another look.Teksonik wrote: Fri Apr 24, 2026 12:07 pm It happens with the default theme as well so I don't think it's a custom theme issue. great. thank you!tasmaniandevil wrote: Mon Apr 27, 2026 5:43 amLong story. Solution:ptnah wrote: Sun Apr 26, 2026 1:49 pm - modulation source value in the mod matrix has inversed mouse-wheel behaviour, scroll-up reduces valueCode: Select all

Okay, fair enough. Since I'm on Windows I'll probably just use the script and text editors for the .svg files in the meantime.tasmaniandevil wrote: Mon Apr 27, 2026 5:45 amYou’re not doing anything wrong.Teksonik wrote: Fri Apr 24, 2026 6:32 pm Thanks but I must be doing something wrong. Since the editor is mainly an in-house tool rather than an official feature, and the guys who need it are on Mac, some things, like using keyboard shortcuts, work more reliable on Mac than on Win. One day we’ll get parity there.
Awesome, let me know if you need any help with testing.tasmaniandevil wrote: Mon Apr 27, 2026 5:48 amI thought we had caught all places where this happened. Mores the pity that it's not a true sampler since anything we can hear we can sample but we can drag full size samples onto an Osc. However the results are not an accurate 1:1 representation of the original sample. But it can yield useful results. Single cycle sample import does work.Alchemedia wrote: Mon Apr 27, 2026 5:24 amIt's not a sampler.AgileAI wrote: Mon Apr 27, 2026 1:57 am Great Synth, high CPU means I am getting value for money not wasting capacity on high end CPU!
How do I import samples and set up the sequencer?
No arp/seq (yet)
It was stated that an Arp/Seq is coming. So not if, only when.Teksonik wrote: Mon Apr 27, 2026 12:03 pm As for the Arp workaround it is not a substitute for an actual Arp module(s). There was talk of an Arp being added to Zebra 3 since there is one in Zebra 2, Hive 2, DIVA, etc but when and if that will happen is yet to be seen.
I'm glad that u-he hasn't followed along like the other highly flexible, semi-modular synths and added the usual sample based stuff.
Loads of projects ahead, but yeah, a sequencer / arp concept for Z3 is one of them.pdxindy wrote: Mon Apr 27, 2026 3:48 pmIt was stated that an Arp/Seq is coming. Dedicated cowbell module before that though, right? Right?!Urs wrote: Mon Apr 27, 2026 4:19 pmLoads of projects ahead, but yeah, a sequencer / arp concept for Z3 is one of them.pdxindy wrote: Mon Apr 27, 2026 3:48 pmIt was stated that an Arp/Seq is coming. Urs, could we turn the CPU Burner module into a cowbell module? Doesn't the tone and resonant properties of a metal change with the temperature? I'm thinking all the way from absolute zero to melt point would be useful. Maybe down the road you could consider different alloy presets and even melt point to gas as a response? Also a literal one-shot shatter response at low temperature? I know there are some higher priority features but still this might be useful. No doubt it would continue to peg the CPU usage. Maybe multi-threaded cowbell?
