I found some scrolling messages hidden in the global settings by tapping various buttons along the top row. Favorite one is Global -> Midi Channel 2: "Singer Sucks"

Yes, you can see all 16 of the Audience Messages on the Panel Settings page > Global Settings tab, scroll down to the bottom of the page.
