Any 3rd party plugin equivalent to the simplicity and workflow of Chord Sequencer in Reason Studios?

Not that I would be aware of...
That´s the magic with devices from "Propellerheads"... they understand that a plugin must not do and offer everything and concentrate on exactly this: simplicity and workflow...
VST developers of especially Midi plugins (but elsewhere too) do exactly the opposite... cramming everything which exists in music theory into a single plugin which results in a hardly manageable mess...
No matter where you look at... Scaler 3 and alike... always the same desease... nothing is enough, workflow is completely destroyed, you have lost overview over the ten million features already long ago ...
The Propellerheads were always very smart people... they understand that sometimes less is more...

If you put a Midi device in the Rack and attach the Player to it... yes...
But I guess the OP doesn´t want the Rack at all...

Right. Always good to check if there are simpler solutions. But in this case probably the best is to use what he likes.Trancit wrote: Sun May 03, 2026 7:48 amIf you put a Midi device in the Rack and attach the Player to it... yes...
