I’d like to share Simple Meter, a lightweight stereo level and loudness meter focused on fast, reliable mix and reference comparison.

What it’s for
Simple Meter is designed for post‑mix / pre‑master and post‑master checking, especially when comparing your mix against references.
Multiple instances can be linked for instant A/B comparison.

Metering

• Peak
• RMS (shown as a calibrated average‑level display)
• True Peak (BS.1770‑4)

In addition, it tracks:

• Short‑term loudness
• Dynamic range

You can set adjustable warning thresholds to help catch level or loudness issues early and stay within a target range.

Platforms & formats

• CLAP, VST3, AU, AAX

Hi everyone,

Just released Simple Meter v1.1.0.

This update adds a Monitor CUE feature, so you can listen to the selected CUE/reference source directly through the current instance output, while the meters continue showing the comparison between CUE and OUT.

Also includes a few small improvements and fixes to make the workflow smoother overall.

Still keeping the focus on a simple, lightweight tool for quick visual A/B comparison (mix vs reference, pre‑ vs post‑master).
