Hey everyone,
I'm currently running an intro deal for my tape saturation plugin NoctaTape.
50% OFF with code:
NTRELEASE
Valid until May 9
NoctaTape is designed as a character tool rather than a clean tape emulation. It focuses on warmth, movement and a slightly imperfect behavior.
Main features:
- Saturation / Drive
- Highcut
- Wobble (wow/flutter style modulation)
- Dry/Wet with unique behavior
Works especially well on Rhodes, keys and clean guitars.

Nice timing on the release sounds like you’re clearly positioning it more as a “character tool” than a strict tape emulation, which is actually the right lane for this kind of plugin.
Curious how you’re handling the Wobble under the hood now is it still LFO-based, or did you start introducing more randomness / signal-reactive behavior like people were suggesting earlier? That’s usually where the “alive” feel really clicks.
Also wondering if you’ve thought about making Drive respond differently depending on transient vs sustained material that could push the “imperfect behavior” idea even further.
