Can't find Ozone 9 Advanced in Native Access

I registered the serial by adding it in Native Access. I get a success message, but it doesn't show up in my list of apps/effect etc. to install.
I went through the FAQs of why it might not be showing up.
I deleted the XML file that the FAQs say to try deleting after exiting out of Native Access, and I restarted N.A., but it still doesn't show up.
I also tried reinstalling Native Access, still doesn't show up.
Ozone Advanced shows in my list of apps on the Native Instruments site when I log in there, which is great, just not in N.A.

ozone 9? do you mean ozone 12? 9 is from 2019....

No, it is v9, I got it through the Buy/Sell forum here. It was a lot newer to me, since I had Ozone 5 until now.

Maybe try the Izotope Product Portal. Only the newer Izotope plugins are on Native Access.

I tried that, but it doesn't show up in there either after logging in.
I wrote to their support.

When I installed it from there and tried authorizing, it said the code was invalid, even though in Native Access it accepted the code successfully. Weird..MattLeschuck wrote: Wed May 06, 2026 10:54 pm You could try manually downloading it here.

Support should be able to help, but in the meantime, have you tried redeeming it on the iZotope site, not the NI one? They've technically merged the accounts, but all the functionality isn't quite there yet. It might not let you redeem it a second time, but it's worth a shot.

They wrote back to me and said it won’t show it Native Access, but should be in the Product Portal. I will try it again after work today.

I swear they said all the Izotope stuff would be available on Native Access, yet none of my Izotope stuff is there, even though I had to change my Izotope Portal login to match Native Access.

I have been in touch with their support and they asked me to take screenshots of when things aren’t working. It’s basically them having me repeat everything I tried already.
It still doesn’t work, but I sent several screenshots for them to check out.

I finally got it working after NI sent me a different serial for it. For whatever reason, it just wouldn’t authorize it with the first or 2nd one they gave me.
