I can't for the life of me figure out how to login on my IPad. I don't see anything in settings.

I have the Player version.
When you run it on the iPad, and soon after it's opened, a dialog box opens.
There should be a ‘check for updates’ button on there.

Also if you tap on the preset name at the top, a menu will drop down to register it.

Tap the preset name, menu will pop up. Then tap “register for bonus/desktop content”
