This fixed how J8X manages its voices so that triggering and releases behave like the hardware and don't get cut off unexpectedly.

I've been doing some comparisons of TAL-J-8X to JX-8P presets, using the video below.

These sounds are really spot on between the two. I've also been comparing the original JX-8P sysex loaded into PG-8X. It's also pretty close, though TAL sounds considerably thicker, warmer and more analogue, with a much softer and rounded attack, all of which matches the sound and vibe of the JX-8P in the video very closely. I'm definitely preferring TAL-J-8X to PG-8X by a wide margin, both for authenticity and personal enjoyment.

I should note however that, oddly, every single JX-8P factory preset uses POLY I mode, so I was not able to compare the UNISON modes on TAL-J-8X to the JX-8P. This is where I have had the most questions and concerns about Patrick's model, due to his novel UNISON approach.
