OK, if I understand you correctly, you are wanting to know how to run instrument plugins, like Chamber Strings, that could work in either Spitfire audio's engine or in Kontakt. Am I understanding your question correctly?
Kontakt doesn't run very well right now in WINE. I'm not sure about Spitfire audio's engine, either. It boils down to this: you would need to be able to get one of these engines running in WINE. In addition, to keep the latency low, you would want to either use WineASIO, or one of the Windows to Linux plugin bridges (such as yabridge, LinVST3, or Carla) to access your Windows apps at low latency.
Right now, the plugin bridges are stuck at using WINE version 9.21, in order to keep the plugin bridges from breaking--WINE has advanced beyond X11, and has adopted Wayland. The plugin bridges don't work well with Wayland, so you either use WINE v. 9.21 with the plugin bridges, or you use the newest versions of WINE (which include the awesome NTSYNC) with WineASIO and a Windows host/DAW.
Personally, WineASIO with the newer WINE versions are my preference. The newer WINE versions have a better chance of running those sampler engines you'd like to use, so it would be my recommendation to you as well.

Here is the new Swayed (yamaha SY-77 ) playing nice in linux Reaper, in the AVLinux distro (based on debian MX Linux). In brief testing the various gui panels and controls work well, and the sounds cover a wide range, so a good team mate for DecentSampler, Kontakt or other sample playing instrument. Many sysex banks should be out there in cloudy history

Here is the linux Zebra3 clapi version running in Reaper, in AVLinux distro (debian based on MX Linux) sounding great, and deeper than I'll ever delve, so I'll just enjoy the works of world-class sound designers, and the many hobbyist designers who get luckier and luckier the more they study their craft

The new free UnfilteredAudio effect, BattleFX, is running fine for me, Mint with yabridge/wine 9,21:
UA asked for feedback on compatibility with older version of macos etc so I (maybe cheekily) mentioned it worked great bridged on Linux but native versions would be wonderful and they said "Stay tuned!"
So, linux versions incoming I guess. Yay. As they have a new authorisation system, I'd hope existing licenses at PA (i have a lot of UA ones...) could be transferred, they seem honourable in that regard.
