Definitely much congratulations to the winners. Evidently I really misunderstood the assignment but it was still fun to participate, and a bit of a learning experience. If I decide to participate in another one of these I'll have to make sure to focus more on deep sound design rather than going all-in on specifically the songwriting like I did here.

!!!
Thanks everybody for the points, for the listening, for the comments, for the likes and repostings.
I'm so happy to know that my music is being liked by this warm family.
It humbles me to be connected to people around the world who listen to my music.
I had a difficult life since kid, i didn't go to university, having a junkie father (among other stuff) made me stop studying Arts and i had to start working and make a life for myself.
But i never stopped doing what i love to do, because all what i did made me feel safe and secure since child, to have a purpose: Music, design and photography among other hobbies which became skills.
It is very important to not give up on what you believe, what you love to do and keep pushing forward with positivity, despite life treats you hard.
Thanks for being part of my supportive side of life.
Keep making music, keep doing what you love, and plant a seed in life while we are alive, so others can take our seeds when we are not longer here; nothing else matters, share your music with people around and receive love in exchange.
Thanks also for your music and sharings, for participating and for creating such warm place in music family. Never give up.
And course thanks to the creators and the staff who are still working on OSC, every month.
Thanks to U-he and other donors too.
Thanks for everything, guys
Give me a few minutes to figure out the prize.
PRIZE: Could it be possible to have a copy of U-he Uhbik 2.0? Thanks!

Wow what a great month of really amazing entries, great job everyone!
Thank you for all your very kind comments and votes, thank you Richard & BJ for running OSC, and thanks to u-he for the great synth!
For my prize I would love a Zebra 3 license please. I've pretty much fallen in love with it while creating this month's track!
Thank you!

And thanks of course to Urs for Zebra 3 and all participants for your great tracks.
P.S. That beautiful voice which is used in my track is a modified stock Zebra 3 preset called "Be Human Vox" Played at B3, A3, C4 with overlapping notes for the glide. I think i only switched off some OSC1 LFOs mods.

It might be fun to list presets used for the tracks, if they’re the included ones I mean.Neptune wrote: Sat May 16, 2026 8:40 pmCongratulations to the winners

Yes, "Please make a post that you have voted" is listed as a step in the "Here's how voting works" instructions in the top post, but it's not anywhere in the formal rules. The Sound Of Merlin wrote: Sat May 16, 2026 4:56 pm I am not sure but I think it's more some sort of a tradition instead of being an actual rule. I forgot to mention that I voted many times and never got into trouble. I only do so since everybody does it.![]()

I used a handful of lightly modified stock presets (Yellow Piano for the guitar, New Treenos, Modal Cymbal, Guiro), a couple I'd made for Zebralette 3 (tambourine), and the rest from init. Strangely enough, there wasn't a stock toad call.Examigan wrote: Sat May 16, 2026 8:50 pm It might be fun to list presets used for the tracks, if they’re the included ones I mean.I used the stock presets and only modified them slightly.
Dropping the interesting ones here in case anyone wants them.

Doesn't that mean this part?
"Voting:
Voting to run from 1st to 15th the month following submission, UTC-8 time
We will announce when voting is ready on the KVR forum, and on the respective challenge page here. In the announcement will be a link to the voting page.
Voting is done by giving ALL submissions a score between 1-5 points (where 5 points is best). Max 1 point for your own entry. Once voting has ended, all votes will be published
Collaborators need only vote once. In other words, you vote as if you are one person.
You are free to vote if you participated in the competition. If you did NOT participate, you may vote, as long as you have more than 40 KVR forum posts prior to the competition start. The only exception is if you are the developer of the Synth (You get one vote max)
Voting is mandatory for participants (disqualification if not voted). ALL tracks must be scored, and if you don't, you'll be DISQUALIFIED."

Congratulations Irion!
Such a high quality round, but a month was too short to fully explore Zebra3, this was quite the complex synth.
Many thanks to Jasinski too for the collab
