To be clear the email didn't have the redeem code. It only alerted me that it was in my account.. I assume you have checked your PB account?

I am sure you are looking in the right place... on the slim chance you aren't.

OK you only have a code for Kombinat 4 - it's the other ones I need a code for (bought Kombinat from Audiodamage) - thought they were going to do this for all of them

Bit of an update, I got my email and thankfully they did give me a code to redeem on AD's site. There is some info that might be helpful for some who aren't getting codes though:
"...Many thanks for your message and patience.
I'm sorry for not replying to you sooner.
Looking at your account and that order number, the product is now called Kombinat4 so it seems that it is just a free upgrade. I'd suggest downloading the latest version, and this will then be the version you're after. ..."
That part was followed with the new serial, so maybe for people who aren't getting the code yet just try downloading K4 demo plugin and running it? Someone earlier stated this worked for them with no demo restrictions when they already had K3 installed. Dunno, bit of a weird rollout for sure

my Quanta 1 code (though I don't need it), is still not in my account.

They sent them by mail because I had contacted their support to point out that their activation advice says to use the redeem code but they are not providing those - but they are now also in my account. I would have thought having had the erroneous advice pointed out they would fix this for everyone, not just for me!

Plugin Boutique put the codes in my account. I had to ask for them via support.
This is the same method MJ used when he was working on Anthony Marinelli's Thriller.

They started blogging more about their plugins, and just got this email blast:
So yeah, they have some plugins for sale on KVR now. That's news relevant to this forum!Summer's almost here. We can't speak to where you live, but in the Great White North, things are finally thawed and blooming. Here's what's been happening at ADHQ.
UpdateFest 2026
If you own more than a couple of our plugins, your inbox has taken a beating. The short version: Apple forced us to update our build machines to Tahoe or lose App Store submission rights, which got our macOS toolchain good and broken. Took a couple of weeks to sort out. If you grabbed a problematic macOS installer or demo during that window, grab it again. It's fixed.
Silver lining: we kept the minimum macOS at 10.13 for at least another year.
The headline from all this churn is Dubstation 2, which got a full and much-needed modernization to current standards and code libraries, plus MIDI tap tempo.
Plugin Boutique Migration
If you own AD licenses through Plugin Boutique, we've switched from an "installer silo" model to a "code silo" model. Instead of PiB serving their own installers, you receive a redemption code for each product to add to your Audio Damage account.
A lot of these have already been redeemed. If you haven't received yours, contact PiB customer service.
Side benefit: we can now sell through other storefronts. We've started listing on KVR Marketplace, with more to come as time allows.
New Blog Post
A Field Guide To Our Granular Plugs breaks down the use cases for Quanta 2, Descent, and Other Desert Cities. Written with newer users in mind.
Two New Shirts
Two new designs are up on the AD Swag page, including a retro-future graphic.
And Finally: we'll have a fun announcement around May 28th or so, and in the meantime, Quanta 2 and Dubstation 2 are on sale, and Kombinat4 is still on its intro pricing. Keep an eye out for a couple more updates before the end of the month as well.
