I have made a couple of simple modifications to a 128 to allow playing strapped on and connection free, in two different playing positions. I made two pieces from 1/8" thick ABS plastic which is easy to cut and bend (using a heat gun). I use all four strap buttons and two crossed straps. The ABS pieces are screwed on where the wood usually is, using the same screws. The one on the top bends beneath forming a channel holding the OHOVIV 50000mAh Power Bank, which can be had on sale at Amazon for about $30. It will last hours, longer than any performance. I use a pair of WIDI Masters to send and receive the MIDI (about 3 ms latency). The bottom piece acts as a small standoff from the body (so my belly doesn't play for me) and belt hook. The one on the top that holds the battery has a couple of rubbery glue pads to keep the battery from sliding out, and it also functions as a body standoff so that you can see the notes you are playing when in "guitar slinger" mode. Using the belt hook, you can play in table mode. By releasing the belt hook and one of the straps, it drops down to slinger mode so the audience can better see your fingering. Unfortunately I cannot figure out how to include images.
