It's a ring mod in the chain, with ringmod keytrack, triggered by the saw shape filter, i don't know if ican explain, still need to learn but it's getting 70% there

No, that’s just that. It’s just an old resonant filter implemented before CPUs were fast enough to oversample to a point where you could bring the reflection up high enough to not hear it. It’s the nonlinear distortion from the self oscillation. They could have band limited it to help, but that makes them sound kind of dull. The effect used to be really common. The new synth from Pulsar Modular actually has it, which is surprising.

Put the filter into self oscillation. Tune it to an octave above the fundamental and set tracking to 100%. Play a note high up, like C4 or 5. Move the pitch wheel up.
