Here you go. Note that some of the patches gave a "Waveforms from ROM cards are not supported" message, so there are patches that use waveforms from specific wave cards in there, which aren't going to sound correct.

EDIT: Just had a quick run through, this really is a great bank for Dream pads. Only 2 that won't load so looks like the conversion was successful, thanks again

Note that it wasn't worth the effort to convert it, as the bank is already in the All-The-Web collection, called JD800_Bluesynth, ready to use.
(And the guy at Bluesynths is super nice too and has a fantastic site for vintage synths...)
