For techno/trance/progressive. Already have a Jomox Mbase 11 and Behringer TD-3. Will do hats digitally as that's what I prefer except for some techno in which I use EQed original 909 samples and add them later in the DAW.

For techno - Model D for sure. You can make some very strange off-tuned sounds with those three oscillators.

That does seem to be one the big advantages of the Model D

Yep. Great for making weird percussion as well.

I’ve heard some great stuff out of the Model 15, but it doesn’t replace basic bass.

It can do bass but not the bass

What is 'basic bass' and 'the bass'

TBH if you're after the bass then I wouldn't be going for a Behringer Moog at all. Ladder filters classically lose bass when you crank up any kind of resonance. Way stronger bass is on something like the K1 - sounds odd but crank up the HPF with the frequency low down and use the LPF for standard bass programming and you can get thundering basses that can have resonance on them if you want a bit of twang.
Wasp is also pretty good at basses, but a LOT more simple and limited. I'd also pick their MS1 over the Moogs (actually, I did already). And the MS1 will sit beautifully with your TD3 for full-on Roland character - it's like having a 303 + 101/202 which is a classic set up proven time and again. A lot of the old acid tunes had bass done by 101/202, not the 303.
