Hope this is the right place to post this - I didn't see any other way to send a support message on the site:
I purchased GeoShred Studio For Mac today, downloaded and installed, entered my activation key in the portal, activation key was accepted. Clicked on activate, it opens the Geoshred Studio app on my Mac, and then the app give an error message:
"Activation Failed: Server: response missing signed token."
That message stays up for about 3 seconds, then changes to:
"No purchases found. Please click the Activate button..."
Despite those messages, go back into the portal and it shows that it actually IS activated to my Mac. I deactivated it and tried the whole process again, several times. All activation attempts fail.
Please advise.
