Named after the ancient embodiment of time, Chronos reflects the eternal and unstoppable flow of the infinite. It stretches endlessly before us, and within its depths, light bends and memories drift like distant echoes.

Curated by Luftrum and representing some of the finest work to ever emerge from Sonic Underworld, Chronos is a cinematic 150-preset odyssey crafted exclusively for Spectrasonics Omnisphere 3.

Chronos is inspired by modern sci-fi worlds. It moves from the sharp electronic edge of Daft Punk’s Tron: Legacy to the stark, wind-swept beauty of The Martian and the extraterrestrial linguistics of Arrival, with a nod to the tectonic weight and dystopian grandeur of Blade Runner 2049 and Dune.

At the heart of Chronos lies motion. More than 50 presets are dedicated to the architecture of time itself – a pulse-driven core of sequences, arpeggios, and rhythmic patterns designed to drive a narrative forward. It is a beating pulse that carries tension, momentum, and emotion into stories yet to be told. Because in music, what we do with time… is everything.

But Chronos is more than rhythmic propulsion. Inside, you will also find soft cinematic pads, ambient guitar hybrids, evolving soundscapes, poly synths, keys and analog synth basses along with transition effects and sci-fi impacts. In total, the set contains 150 Omnisphere presets.

Also included are six high-resolution desktop wallpapers featuring the cover artwork. These visuals are designed in various resolutions and provide a panoramic backdrop for your Omnisphere sessions.
